Macpac Eastland Shopping Centre is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a small team and drive exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced outdoor retail environment. You will work alongside the Store Manager to grow sales, mentor staff, and maintain a high-energy store culture.

The role requires retail leadership experience, a passion for outdoor gear, and the ability to motivate and train your team while ensuring stock control and safety standards are met.

As an Assistant Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Retail management or supervisor experience.
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• An ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
