Job summary

Ampol is seeking a Store Manager in Brisbane to lead store operations, deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive performance. You will own the store, manage teams, and ensure high standards of service, safety, and cost control.

As a Store Manager you will;

• Sound judgement with a solutions‑focused approach and confidence in using POS and operational technology.
• Strong organisational skills, commitment to safety and compliance, financial acumen, and a history of delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary range between $67,000 to $82,000(plus allowances) based on experience.
