Ampol is seeking a Store Manager to own and operate our store locations, delivering exceptional customer service and leading teams to meet commercial targets. You’ll manage day‑to‑day store operations, drive customer experiences, and uphold safety and compliance across the business.

This role emphasizes frontline leadership, teamwork, and the ability to balance operational costs with store performance. A strong retail background and a people‑oriented approach are required.

As a Store Manager you will;

Salary range between $65,000 to $82,000(plus allowances) based on experience.
