Repco is seeking a Store Manager in Queensland, Emerald to lead a retail and trade specialist team, drive store sales and profitability, and uphold superior service standards. This role requires the ability to manage operations, supervise staff, and foster safety consciousness across the team.

A vehicle is provided as part of the role, along with relocation support for eligible candidates. The Store Manager will lead, develop and coordinate the team, ensuring financial and operational targets

Qualifications

• Supervisory/leadership/management experience.
• Experience in dual network operations, sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations is desirable.
• Strong focus on workplace safety and customer service.
