Repco Brisbane is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work closely with the Store Manager, oversee daily operations and drive outstanding customer service. You will coach and develop team members, manage stock, merchandising, and safety, with a focus on delivering results and continuous improvement.

You should have supervisory experience, retail/trade exposure, and ideally automotive parts knowledge; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in retail or trade environment.
• Experience in sales, stock management and customer service.
• Automotive parts knowledge helps in service and product guidance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate daily store operations with Store Manager.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage merchandising, stock, safety and store standards.
• Support in achieving sales targets and continuous improvement.
