Repco, Australia’s leader in automotive aftermarket parts, part of AUS GPC Asia Pacific Australia Pty Ltd, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager in Brisbane. You’ll coach and develop the team, drive daily store operations, and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience or readiness for next step.
• Retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations.
• Ideally knowledge of mechanical/auto parts.
• Flexible availability and a valid driver’s licence.
• Able to lift and handle heavy products; prioritise safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise daily store operations.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding service.
• Live, breathe and role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers.
• Open and close responsibilities as required.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to achieve store goals and standards.
