Job summary

Repco is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dedicated team of retail and trade specialists in a high-volume automotive aftermarket environment. You will manage store performance, coaching staff, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining strong safety practices.

Responsibilities include financial management, operational standards, and creating memorable customer experiences. The role requires leadership, relationship-building, and a proactive safety mindset to keep the team

Qualifications

• Supervisory/leadership/management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and drive results.
• Experience across multi-network operations, sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations (desirable).
• Conscious of workplace safety always.
• Experience building strong relationships with customers; creating moments that matter.

Responsibilities
