Job summary

Repco Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service to customers. You will coach and develop staff, model genuine service, and ensure safety and store standards are maintained.

Working closely with Store Managers, you will manage opening and closing duties, support sales and workshop operations, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive team environment with ongoing training and career development

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in retail.
• Experience in sales, wholesale, or workshop operations.
• Mechanical or automotive parts knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy items.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
