Repco, a division of GPC Asia Pacific, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a retail and trade specialist team in a high-volume Australian store. You will drive sales, manage finances, and uphold exceptional service standards while fostering a safe, inclusive workplace.

You will mentor staff, build customer relationships and act as a brand ambassador within the local community, with opportunities for career development and relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/leadership/management experience.
• Ability to motivate a team and drive results.
• Experience in multi-network operations or dual format roles (desirable).
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers; create memorable moments.
• Solution-focused problem-solver.
• Solid computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
