yd. is seeking an energetic Store Manager for our Browns Plains Team. You will champion a high-performance culture, drive sales through the CLASS selling steps, and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will mentor staff, maintain brand standards, and coordinate with VM to implement visual guidelines that boost performance and customer engagement across the store.

Responsibilities

• Execute VM guides in line with standards to ensure strong commercial implementation.
