Prestige Talent in Canberra is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Canberra store. Reporting to the State Manager, you will oversee stock management, visual merchandising, and team leadership to drive sales and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, leading a team of 4, maintaining compelling displays, analysing sales performance, delivering outstanding customer service, and coaching staff for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Manage daily store operations, ensure stock flow, inventory control and policy adherence.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 4 staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Visual Merchandising: Implement and maintain compelling displays aligned with brand standards.
• Sales Performance: Monitor and analyse sales data, set targets and implement strategies to meet/exceed goals.
• Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional service by addressing inquiries and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
• Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
