Prestige Talent Solutions in Canberra is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Canberra store. You will oversee stock management, visual merchandising, and team leadership to drive sales and uphold our high standards.

Reporting to the State Manager, you will guide a team of 4 and implement strategies to meet targets while delivering excellent customer service in a bustling retail environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in people management.
• Strong communication with team, customers and management.
• Commercial acumen with ability to drive sales and manage budgets.
• Experience coaching and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient stock flow, inventory control, and adherence to company policies.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Visual Merchandising: Implement and maintain compelling visual displays that align with brand standards and drive customer engagement.
• Sales Performance: Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
• Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members, preparing them for future leadership roles.
