Hype DC Belconnen is seeking a premium and experienced Store Manager to drive a high-performance team, deliver the brand vision, and achieve operational excellence. You will lead a large store, coach staff, manage rosters, and ensure a world-class customer experience across in-store and omni-channel touchpoints.

With 3–5 years in a premium retail environment, you will foster a people-first culture, drive sales, and mentor a team to deliver memorable moments for customers and partners alike.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in premium, fast-paced retail environment with proven sales growth
• Experience leading and developing a large in-store team
• Strong coaching, feedback and performance management skills
• Roster planning and cost-control experience
• Ability to deliver memorable customer experiences and omni-channel execution

• Create a people-first culture and develop talent within your team
• Lead a WORLD CLASS store team and maintain a high-energy, positive store vibe
• Drive multimillion-dollar store sales and achieve KPIs
• Deliver on brand vision and strategy on the shop floor
• Be on the floor ~80% of the week to prioritize customer experience
• Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results
• Recruitment, selection and onboarding of all new team members
• Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience in-store
• Ensure Visual Merchandising excellence across the store
