Job summary

TSHR is seeking a Store Manager to lead a brand-new boutique in Canberra’s CBD. You’ll recruit and develop a team, set the store tone, and own performance, presentation and culture.

You’ll be the face of the brand locally and drive a service experience that turns customers into loyal fans. In this role you’ll manage daily operations, strive to meet budgets and KPIs, track conversions, and implement practical measures to lift performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail store management, ideally in fashion or accessories.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets using KPIs and conversion data.
• Excellent people leadership with ability to motivate and retain a high-performing team.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities.
• Genuine connection with the brand identity, culture and values.
