Job summary

Universal Store is seeking a passionate retail leader to step into the Store Manager role, guiding a Tuesday–Saturday roster and late-night trade. You will lead from the front, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced store environment.

You’ll be responsible for driving sales, managing rostering and budgets, and upholding our values and brand standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Strong retail background with hands-on experience on shop floor and stockroom.
• Proven experience as a Store Manager leading medium to large teams.
• Ability to deliver high-quality customer experiences and drive sales.
• Excellent communication and feedback skills across all levels.

• Lead day-to-day store operations with a visible floor presence.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a large, diverse team to build future leaders.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences in line with service standards.
• Drive sales and store profitability through cost and productivity management.
