Universal Store is seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role partners with the Store Manager and shares many Manager responsibilities, offering a clear path to retail leadership.

You will operate on a Sunday–Thursday roster, driving store performance, delivering top-tier customer service, and coaching staff to meet and exceed targets. This is a hands-on, growth-focused position in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail (e.g., Shift Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).
• Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Solid operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.
• Flexible, hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
