Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality or customer-facing environments.
• Strong customer service mindset and sociable nature.
• Able to handle payroll and rostering tasks and keep store organised.
• Experience in liquor inventory management is a plus.
• RSA certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to run day-to-day store operations.
• Manage inventory and maintain visual appeal and stock levels.
• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver great customer service.
• Support achievement of store goals and sales targets.
