Job summary

Ampol is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Brisbane-area stores with a focus on outstanding customer service, team development, and operational excellence.

You will drive collaboration, coaching, and compliant, cost‑conscious decision‑making to deliver best‑in‑class convenience and one‑stop shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management with a people‑focused leadership style.

• Proven ability in inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining standards.
• Sound judgement with a solutions‑focused approach and confidence using POS and operational tech.

As a Store Manager you will;

Salary range between $67,000 to $82,000(plus allowances) based on experience.
