Retailworld Resourcing seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead our Canberra location, blending commercial performance with genuine customer connection. You will own the sales strategy, coach a small team and develop product knowledge to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and sales.
• Hands-on leader with coaching experience.
• Strong communication and customer relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the store's sales strategy, driving KPIs, budgets and commercial performance.
• Lead, coach and develop a small, engaged team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Build strong product knowledge and consultative selling capability across the team.
• Create a culture of genuine customer connection and memorable service.
• Lead from the floor and remain hands-on across all areas of the store.
• Identify opportunities to drive sales and strengthen relationships within the local community.
• Manage day-to-day store operations including rostering, stock and visual standards.
• Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Take ownership of the store while working autonomously within a wider leadership network.
