Job summary

Oz Hair & Beauty in Canberra is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee day-to-day store operations. You will drive service standards, manage rosters and work with the Learning & Development team to upskill staff with latest brand and product knowledge.

You will oversee the salon operations, implement loss prevention measures, and create a clean, well-merchandised space.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing an A grade retail store in the hair and or beauty industry.
• Managed a retail team of 4 or more
• Strong customer service skills with great sales results or examples to share!
• A naturally organised person who believes a clean, well merchandised store is the key to success
• Worked in delivering Loss Prevention KPI's, Visual Merchandising initiatives
• Seeking career development in a fun, supportive and growing business
