Retailworld Resourcing is seeking an experienced Store Manager for an established Australian lifestyle brand at the Woden store in the ACT. You will lead a small team, drive KPIs, and ensure exceptional customer service on the shop floor.

This role combines commercial performance with team development, autonomy, and community engagement, with monthly incentives and ownership of day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Proven store leadership experience at a senior level.
• Strong ability to coach and develop a small team.
• Track record of driving KPIs and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of store sales strategy and budgets.
• Lead and develop a small, engaged team to deliver great customer experiences.
• Drive product knowledge and consultative selling across the team.
• Manage rostering, stock, visuals and day-to-day operations.
• Analyse store performance and implement improvement strategies.
