Job summary

Hype DC is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Belconnen location to deliver the brand vision, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure operational excellence. You will be responsible for driving sales, leading a large team, and creating memorable moments for our customers.

You will work with the Area Manager and State Manager to maximise growth, coach and develop staff, and maintain best-in-class store standards while ensuring a safe and engaging environment for customers and team

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment with a proven record in driving sales and KPI targets.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with a focus on developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and manage day-to-day activities to achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Create a high-performance culture and deliver memorable customer experiences.

What you will work on

We are looking for a premium and experienced business leader to join our retail team at Hype DC Belconnen location!

As theStore Manageryou will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments for both internal and external customers and achieving operational excellence.

Who we are looking for
