Hype DC Shellharbour is seeking a premium and experienced Store Manager to lead our store, delivering the brand vision and building a high-performance culture. You will drive memorable customer experiences, coach a large team, and achieve operational excellence in a multimillion-dollar store.

As part of Accent Group, you will collaborate with Area and State Managers to maximise sales and career growth within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment, with a proven record in driving sales and KPI targets.
• A leader with a motivated and driven 'Make it Happen' attitude.
• Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for future growth.

We are looking for a premium and experienced business leader to join our retail team at Hype DC Shellharbour location!

As theStore Manageryou will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments for both internal and external customers and achieving operational excellence.

As a business leader,you work collaboratively with your Area Manager, State Manager and in store team to deliver a people first culture, maximise sales growth in your business all whilst accelerating your personal career growth in a leadership role.
