Job summary

Hype DC Pty Limited is seeking a premium and experienced Store Manager for its Shellharbour location. You will deliver and execute the brand vision, foster a high-performance culture, and create memorable moments for customers while achieving operational excellence.

You will collaborate with Area and State Managers and store teams to drive sales growth, develop talent, and ensure a world-class in-store experience. This leadership role requires a hands-on approach and a passion for excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven track record in driving sales and KPI targets.
• Ability to lead and develop a large team and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Create a people-first culture and environment by empowering and developing talent within your team.
• Build a WORLD CLASS team and a MAGICAL VIBE within the store.
• Drive multimillion-dollar sales and achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Deliver on brand vision and strategy for the store.
• On the floor 80%+ of the week to ensure memorable customer experiences.
• Provide coaching, support and feedback to drive results.
• Recruitment selection and onboarding of all new team members.
• Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience to customers in-store.
• Ensure the store is best-in-class through Visual Merchandising excellence.

What You Will Work On

We are looking for a premium and experienced business leader to join our retail team at Hype DC Shellharbour location!

As the Store Manager you will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments for both internal and external customers and achieving operational excellence.

Who You Will Work With

As a business leader, you work collaboratively with your Area Manager, State Manager and in store team to deliver a people first culture, maximise sales growth in your business all whilst accelerating your personal career growth in a leadership role.

Who We Are Looking For

• A team player who strives for excellence across Sales, Operations and team development
• Experience and passion for delivering best in class experiences
• A coach who can motivate, inspire, and level up a large team of brand ambassadors
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment, with a proven record in driving sales and KPI's targets
• A leader with a motivated & driven 'Make it Happen' attitude
• Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for future growth
• Experience in effectively managing rosters, achieving cost efficiency metrics
