Job summary

Accent Group Limited’s Hype DC Armadale store seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a premium, fast-paced retail team. You will drive sales, customer experience, and brand standards while fostering a high-performance culture and coaching a large team to achieve KPI targets.

You will be on the shop floor the majority of your week, delivering memorable experiences and overseeing omni-channel initiatives, visual merchandising, and rostering efficiencies to maximise store results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a premium, fast-paced retail environment with a proven sales record.
• Experience leading large teams and driving sales and KPI targets.
• Motivated, driven, and capable of building a world-class store culture.
• Strategic thinker with ability to identify opportunities for growth.
• Experienced in roster management and achieving cost efficiency metrics.

What You Will Work On

We are looking for a premium and experienced business leader to join our retail team at Hype DC Armadale location! As the Store Manager you will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments for both internal and external customers and achieving operational excellence.

As a business leader, you work collaboratively with your Area Manager, State Manager and in store team to deliver a people first culture, maximise sales growth in your business all whilst accelerating your personal career growth in a leadership role.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment, with a proven record in driving sales and KPI’s targets
• A leader with a motivated & driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude
• Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for future growth
• Experience in effectively managing rosters, achieving cost efficiency metrics
