Accent Group Limited's Hype DC Shellharbour is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a premium, fast-paced retail team. You will deliver the brand vision, foster a high-performance culture, and create memorable experiences for customers while achieving operational excellence.

On the floor 80% of the time, you'll coach and develop staff, recruit and onboard talent, drive sales, and ensure best-in-class Visual Merchandising.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in premium, fast-paced retail.
• Proven track record in driving sales and KPI targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching ability with a people-first approach.
• Strategic thinker able to identify opportunities for future growth.
• Experience managing large teams of brand ambassadors.

What you will work on

We are looking for a premium and experienced business leader to join our retail team at Hype DC Shellharbour location!

As the Store Manageryou will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments for both internal and external customers and achieving operational excellence.

As a business leader,you work collaboratively with your Area Manager, State Manager and in store team to deliver a people first culture, maximise sales growth in your business all whilst accelerating your personal career growth in a leadership role.

Who we are looking for

• Experience in effectively managing rosters, achieving cost efficiency metrics
