Maple Store in Sydney is seeking an experienced store manager who leads by example, delivers outstanding customer service and drives retail excellence. You will plan, organise and troubleshoot daily operations while motivating a team of up to 15 staff to reach high standards in service, presentation and product knowledge.

The role focuses on rostering, stock control, training and development, and maintaining a safe, engaging store atmosphere. Full-time, 5 days a week.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate store manager to join our team. The store manager will display exemplary customer service skills, be a natural leader, planner and organiser who is accustomed to troubleshooting and problem solving and has the ability to lead and motivate their team.

Minimum of 1-2 years in fashion retail.

Fashion retail know-how with hands-on experience from stock room to shop floor.

Proven experience in a similar leadership role.

Solid team building experience. Comfortable with leading a team of up to 15 staff.

Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to go above and beyond when needed.

A true service ethic that defines every decision you make.

You should be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
