Universal Store is seeking a passionate retail leader to step into the Store Manager role in Adelaide. You will lead day-to-day operations with a visible floor presence, coach a large team, and deliver standout customer experiences while driving sales and profitability.

• Strong retail background with hands-on experience on shop floor and stockroom.
• Proven experience as a Store Manager leading medium to large teams.
• Warm, energetic communicator who leads with positivity and purpose.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• High attention to detail with understanding of retail profitability.
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
