Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Store Manager or similar in retail.

FoodWorks Baralaba is looking for an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our retail store in Baralaba, Queensland. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient stock management, and driving sales and profitability. This is a full-time position based in our Baralaba store. This job offers a lot with the store needing a manger prepared to work on lifting the standards and offer to enhance the community demand.

What you'll be doing:

• Minimum 3 years of Proven experience as aStore Manager,Assistant Manager, or similar role in a retail or supermarket environment.

• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to create a positive shopping experience
• Proven track record in driving sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Solid understanding of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
