Prices Plus is a family-owned Aussie variety retailer with stores across Queensland and northern NSW. We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to run the Woodlands store, a fast-paced, high-volume environment where you’ll drive sales and lead from the front.

You’ll own store performance, coach your team through peak hours, manage stock flow and merchandising, rostering and wage control, and ensure exceptional customer service while keeping operations compliant and safe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail or high-volume environment.
• Hands-on leadership style; lead by example on register and stock unpacking.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and managing store costs.
• People skills to coach performance and build a tight-knit team.
• High standards for visual merchandising, store presentation and service.
• Resilience and calm under busy shop floor times.

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to take the reins at our Woodlands store. Our stores are fast-paced, high-volume, and keep you on your toes. We need a hands-on leader who knows how to drive sales, lead a busy team from the front, keep standards razor-sharp, and manage all day-to-day retail operations without needing a rulebook every five minutes.

What you’ll be doing

• Taking full ownership of store performance, hitting sales targets, and driving commercial results on the floor
• Leading, coaching, and motivating your team by working shoulder-to-shoulder with them during peak trading times
• Managing stock flow, visual merchandising, and high-impact seasonal changeovers
• Overseeing day-to-day store operations, including rostering, wage control, stock control, and security procedures
• Ensuring fast, high-volume customer service that keeps queues moving while making every shopper feel valued
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant working environment for both staff and customers
