Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking a Store Manager for an iconic Australian retailer in the Cairns region. You will lead a team of around six, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll manage rostering, merchandising, stock control and inventory, run promotions, and develop your team through training. A people-first leader who inspires by example will thrive here.

About the role

As the Store Manager, you will lead a team of approximately six team members, driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast paced retail environment. Leading from the front, you'll oversee daily store operations including rostering, merchandising, stock control and inventory management, while ensuring the store consistently looks its best. You'll also be responsible for executing promotional campaigns and developing your team through consistent training and upskilling.

• Previous retail management experience, ideally within a fast paced environment
• Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage competing demands.
• Natural relationship building skills with a genuine focus on people and customer service.
