Drakes Supermarkets is seeking a motivated and hardworking leader to join the Pumicestone Road Caboolture store and lead the fruit & veg department. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will manage a small team, create rosters, generate orders and oversee stock takes to drive department performance.

About this opportunity:

Our Pumicestone Road store in Caboolture is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and lead the store's fruit & veg department.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

• Fresh food retail knowledge
• Fruit & veg experience is preferred, but not essential
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Ability to order and control costs
• An excellent understanding of gross profit calculations
