Job summary

Outback Stores Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Store Manager for remote Australia, including opportunities to manage single or management-couple roles. You will lead store teams, drive sales and ensure community impact while working across remote communities.

The role focuses on people leadership, store performance, rostering, inventory management and delivering excellent customer service, across stores in remote regions with support for relocation and accommodation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ supermarket retail or FMCG experience
• Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing teamsiewle
• Strong understanding of store operations, rostering and stock control
• Experience managing budgets, inventory and expenses
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems
• Ability to work respectfully and effectively across cultures
• Resilience, flexibility and a hands-on approach

Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of your store while leading and developing your team.

You’ll:

• Manage sales, stock control, merchandising and store performance
