G'day Group is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our General Store and Petrol Station at Kings Canyon. You will oversee day-to-day operations, guide a small team and ensure exceptional customer service in a remote outback setting.

Key duties include inventory control, merchandise displays, sales analysis, and driving profitability. You’ll maintain high standards, work autonomously under pressure, and build strong guest relationships in a unique Australian tourism environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Guest service-focused and guest satisfaction oriented.
• Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and autonomously.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
