Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy Sydney store, delivering world-class guest experiences and driving performance. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will hire, coach, and develop a diverse team, foster an inclusive culture, and execute merchandising and community initiatives.

You will manage weekly store operations, budgets, and a local community engagement plan, ensuring safety and policy compliance while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year managing business operations and labor scheduling.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team, including hiring and onboarding.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage community relationships.
• Oversee store operations, product strategy, and budget planning.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Plan quarterly and seasonal store initiatives and labor scheduling.
• Ensure safety policies and compliance.
