Job summary

You will report to the Regional Manager and be responsible for hiring, development, and maintaining a welcoming store culture that reflects lululemon values.

Qualifications

• 1 year of people management experience.
• 1 year of managing business operations including retail scheduling and labor planning.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead an inclusive, high-performance store team and culture.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience and community engagement.
• Manage store operations, product strategy, and visual merchandising in line with company guidelines.
• Oversee budget, labor, and store P&L per company targets.
• Develop talent through hiring, onboarding, and ongoing coaching.
