Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Store Manager for Brookfield Place, Sydney on a 15-month contract. You will lead store performance, hire and develop the team, and ensure a world-class guest experience in line with our values.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll drive operations, product strategy, community engagement, and financials while fostering an inclusive culture and safe store environment. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to move the business from the

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year managing business operations and administration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or high school diploma with relevant experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster an inclusive team environment and culture.
• Establish a vision for the store and cascade it to the team.
• Hire, onboard, and develop store staff with succession planning.
• Lead guest experience and community engagement on the floor.
• Oversee store operations, product strategy, and budget/ P&L responsibilities.
