Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in retail, supermarket or trade-based environments with proven people leadership.
• Strong business acumen and ability to use data to drive sales, profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team: Recruit, coach, develop and inspire team members to deliver their best.
• Run the store: Own day-to-day operations, inventory, merchandising, stock management and customer experience.
• Drive performance: Take accountability for sales, profitability, budgets, costs and KPIs.
• Create a safe, compliant workplace: Champion WHS, food safety, hygiene and regulatory standards.
• Build local connections: Strengthen customer advocacy and relationships with local communities.
