Job summary

Metcash is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Turramurra store in Australia. This hands-on leadership role focuses on building a high-performing team, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving store results in the local community.

You'll lead, coach, and develop staff, foster a customer-first culture, and collaborate with suppliers and local partners. Weekend and varied hours are required; join a values-led team and contribute across store locations when needed.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with customers, teams and stakeholders
• A hands-on, customer first approach and commitment to operational excellence
• Flexibility to work across a retail roster, including weekends and varied trading hours
• The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on team culture and community engagement
