Qualifications

• 1 year of people management experience.
• 1 year managing business operations and administration, including retail scheduling.
• Experience in retail leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store leadership team and hire/develop staff.
• Deliver world-class guest experience on the shop floor.
• Drive visual merchandising, product strategy, and inventory accuracy.
• Plan quarterly and seasonal store strategy including budgeting and labor.
• Manage store P&L and drive sales targets.
• Ensure safety policies and compliant operations.
• Build community relationships and local partnerships.
