lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for our store in Western Australia. You will lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience and provide product education tailored to each guest’s needs. You’ll work with the store leadership to drive daily sales targets and coach the team for success.

The role requires 1 year of retail or customer experience and some leadership exposure. We value inclusive culture, teamwork, and a positive guest connection in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide product education to help guests select the right items.
• Support store leadership and help achieve daily sales targets.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
