Job summary

Bunnings Warehouse Australia is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead store operations and shape the customer experience. You’ll partner with the leadership team to keep the store safe, well-stocked and ready for customers, while developing your leadership skills and guiding the team.

This full-time role requires flexibility across morning, day and evening shifts seven days a week, with an adult pay rate of $31.93 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership or supervisory role.
• Ability to lead by example and support your team on the shop floor.
• Strong focus on safety and creating a positive environment for customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing.
• Coach and guide team members on the shop floor to deliver helpful service.
• Maintain stock flow and replenishment to keep shelves well stocked.
• Promote a strong safety culture and look after team wellbeing.
• Resolve customer queries in a practical, helpful way.
• Assist with onboarding and developing team members to build confidence.
