Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a Senior Supervisor to help shape the customer experience and lead store teams across opening, daily operations and safety. You’ll partner with the leadership team to deliver a welcoming, well‑stocked store that’s ready for customers and underpinned by strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership or supervisory role.
• Confidence in store operations, including safety, stock management and customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a practical way.
• Availability to work across a rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing shifts and stepping into site leadership when required.
• Coach and guide team members on the shop floor to deliver knowledgeable and helpful service.
• Keep the store running smoothly through workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment.
• Drive a strong safety culture by promoting safe practices and supporting wellbeing.
• Resolve customer queries in a practical, helpful way that builds trust and loyalty.
• Look for better ways of working and improvements to tools or processes.
• Onboard and develop team members, supporting their growth and confidence on the job.
