Job summary

Bunnings is hiring a Senior Supervisor to lead store operations, shaping the customer experience and supporting team success. You’ll work with the leadership team to ensure the store is safe, stocked and ready for customers.

This role offers an adult pay rate at $31.93 per hour and requires flexibility across morning, day and evening shifts throughout the week, delivering a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership across store operations and customer experience.
• Experience coaching shop-floor teams and guiding daily tasks.
• Ability to manage opening/closing and step into site leadership as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to create a welcoming, safe, well-presented store environment.
• Support day-to-day operations including opening/closing and site leadership when required.
• Coach and guide team members to deliver knowledgeable, helpful service.
• Maintain store flow with workforce planning, stock replenishment and safety practices.
• Promote safety culture and wellbeing across the team.
• Resolve customer queries with practical, trust-building responses.
• Seek better ways of working and assist in rolling out new tools or processes.
• Onboard and develop team members to grow their confidence on the job.
