Job summary

Bunnings Warehouse Australia is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead daily store operations and customer experiences. You will partner with the leadership team to ensure safety, stock readiness and top-notch service, while developing your team and driving store success.

This full-time role requires flexibility across 7 days and multiple shifts to provide the best customer experience. An hourly rate of $31.93 applies, with a comprehensive benefits program for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work across a rotating roster, including mornings, days and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment.
• Support day-to-day operations, including opening/closing and stepping into site leadership when required.
• Coach and guide team members on the shop floor to deliver knowledgeable service.
• Maintain smooth store operations through effective workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment.
• Promote a strong safety culture and support team wellbeing.
• Resolve customer queries practically to build trust and loyalty.
• Seek improvements in processes and support rollout of new tools.
• Onboard and develop team members for growth and confidence.
