Job summary

Bunnings is looking for a Senior Supervisor in Australia to be at the heart of the store, shaping the customer experience and supporting team success every day. This full-time role requires availability across morning, day and evening shifts seven days a week, with an adult pay rate of $31.93 per hour.

You’ll lead from the front, ensure safety, stock, and store presentation, and coach your team to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership role.
• Ability to support store operations, including safety and stock management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing and site leadership.
• Coach and guide team members on the shop floor to deliver helpful service.
• Manage workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment.
• Promote safety culture and team wellbeing.
• Resolve customer queries and improve processes for efficiency.
• Onboard and develop team members to grow confidence on the job.
