Australian Red Cross in Fremantle is seeking a Shop Assistant to welcome customers, manage donations and help maintain a warm, inviting store environment. You will work closely with the Shop Manager and volunteers to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role is permanent part-time (12.6 hours per week) with flexible availability and weekend work required, based on High Street. Pay starts at AUD 28.89/hour plus superannuation, with salary packaging options available.

In this hands on role, you’ll support the day‑to‑day running of the store by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and assisting with donations. You’ll work closely with the Shop Manager and lead volunteers to ensure the store is safe, organised, and ready for trade each day.

This role is covered by the General Retail Industry Award 2020, Level 3. Pay from $28.89 / hour + superannuation, with access to salary packaging.
