Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a dedicated Re-fill Supervisor to join our team in Queensland. The role focuses on receiving and replenishing stock, ensuring high standards of customer service, and adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High volume stock receiving experience.
• Back Dock experience supervising a small team.
• Hardworking and motivated.
• Excellent multi-tasking ability with clear communication.
• Ability to pre-plan and build strong goals.
• Takes initiative to drive results.
• Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills.
• Must have the ability to lift over 15kg, bend, use ladders, with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Receive and replenish the stock in the store promptly.
• Adhere to OHS policies & procedures.
• Provide a high level of customer service to our customers.
• Support in multiple areas of the business where required.
