Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is seeking a capable back-dock supervisor in Armidale to lead a small team, manage stock intake, and support in-store merchandising and stock control. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key duties include supervising staff, receiving and replenishing stock, and ensuring adherence to OHS guidelines while delivering strong service to shoppers and assisting in multiple areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High volume stock receiving experience.
• Back Dock experience supervising a small team.
• Hardworking and motivated with strong multi-tasking.
• Clear communication and time management skills.
• Ability to lift over 15kg and use ladders.
