Job summary

Spotlight Ltd. is seeking a capable Stock/Inventory Supervisor to join our Adelaide team. You will supervise a small team, ensure timely stock receipt and replenishment, and support visual merchandising to maintain store standards.

Ideal candidates demonstrate high-volume stock handling experience, initiative, and strong communication. The role requires ability to lift 15kg+, bend, and climb ladders, with a Monday–Friday roster in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume stock receiving.
• Experience supervising a small team at back dock or similar.
• Energetic, hardworking, and motivated with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members.
• Receive and replenish stock promptly.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise team members
• Receive and replenish the stock in the store promptly
• Visual merchandising support
• Coordinate daily stock inventory
• Adhere to OHS policies & procedures
• Provide a high level of customer service to our customers
• Support in multiple areas of the business where required

The Ideal Candidate:

• High volume stock receiving experience
• Back Dock experience supervising a small team
• Hardworking and motivated
• Excellent multi-tasking ability with clear communication
• Ability to pre-plan and build strong goals
• Takes initiative to drive results
• Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills
• Must have the ability to lift over 15kg, bend, use ladders, with no restrictions.
